We use the plastic waste collected to produce a fuel called SafiHFO. This is the main product of the waste plastic pyrolysis process. Our product is affordable, has low sulphur content and is a green product. Safi HFO is a plastic pyrolysis fuel formed by the controlled burning or heating of plastics in the absence of oxygen. In plastics pyrolysis, the macromolecular structures of polymers are broken down into smaller molecules or oligomers and sometimes monomeric units.
Further degradation of these subsequent molecules depends on a number of different conditions including (and not limited to) temperature, residence time, and the presence of catalysts and other process conditions.
The final product of the pyrolysis process will be heavy fuel oil which can be used in industrial boilers and furnaces. SafiHFO is energy efficient fuel that can be a suitable alternative to the petroleum heavy fuel oil adopted in many industries. At Adarsh Polymer we recycle Polyethylene (HDPE and LDPE), Polypropylene, Polystyrene and Waste Tyres to produce SafiHFO.
